Baia's Krakhuna wine has been fermented in a qvevri, which gives a long and slightly tannic finish to the wine. To smell, there are strong notes of apricot and citrus fruits. With similar flavours through tasting that are also joined by persimmon, a small note of honey and a decent acidity.
