The Khikhvi grape is difficult to grow and is only now making a slow comeback to commercially available wines. This qvevri wine from Kakheti lavishly exhibits notes of green tea, apricots, and dried fruits with a slight hint of the sweetness of honey. The body is rich in tannins with a rounded, soft and silky finish.
